Private Coaching Program Agreement
This Private Coaching Program Agreement is made between Soulutionary INC. a Washington corporation DBA Soulutionary (or "We") and the undersigned clients, ("You"). Soulutionary INC. and You hereby agree to the following:
You are entering into the Private Coaching Program whereby Prema Lee Gurreri will personally provide high-level private coaching to You over a 6 month period (for the 6 month Private Program), including two 60 min. calls a month, text or voice message support via Voxer or Telegram during offices hours Monday - Thursday 9-5 PT, private Facebook group, Soulutionary Mastermind member site access with downloadable trainings and meditations and access to mastermind calls and healing circles. Limits on coaching calls: We will not schedule any coaching calls from the 24th of the month through the end of the month. Also, we are closed from December 18-30 and no calls will be scheduled during that time. We suggest you schedule yourself regular time off as well.
The cost of the 6-Month Private Coaching program is $15,000 USD paid in full or six monthly payments of $2666 for Heather Howard. Payments are not refundable for any reason. Payments are due regardless of whether or not you fully and faithfully participate.
You are responsible for the entire payment, regardless of completion of this purchased program(s). You committing to the completion of the payment plan, within the stated program time frame, and agree to be bound by these terms.. You fully understand and acknowledge that Soulutionary Inc. offers NO refunds, and acknowledge and agree to not institute any chargeback or legal proceeding for any portion of the full purchased price for this program. You agree to the no refund and no chargeback policy by signing this agreement.
Soulutionary is absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from our Private Coaching Program and that You should become as successful as You envision. We of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of sales, profits or earnings as a result of our VIP Client Coaching Program. As with any small business, each owner's success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up on each phase. The cost of this Program is an "investment" in yourself as a business owner, and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk there is no return on this investment. We can guarantee, however that you WILL learn a lot of usable and translatable strategies for success that, when followed by others, have achieved Life Changing results.
You acknowledge and understand that the methods, processes and strategies taught in the Private Client Coaching Program constitute our Proprietary System which is confidential, and for which we claim copyright protection. We have spent considerable time and efforts in developing this Proprietary System, which includes all materials associated with the VIP Client Coaching Program, all purpose coaching strategies taught, and all associated coaching advice. You agree to maintain the absolute confidence of your VIP Client Coaching Program and agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any part to any 3rd parties, for any reason, unless it is part of the Private Client Coaching Program, or unless required by legal process. You further acknowledge that the Proprietary System and the Program(s) are and shall remain the property of Soulutionary, and that you shall not infringe upon any part of the Proprietary System or VIP Client Private Coaching Program nor claim any part as your property, not attempt to replicate or copy any part of your own competitive benefit. You further agree that your violation of this provision will cause substantial harm to Soulutionary, and for which we may seek all legal redress, which may include an injunction or substantial damages.
Should you fail to remit any of the required payments on time, and have not corrected the situation in a prompt manner, Soulutionary may terminate further services, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance of the Private Client Coaching Program. We may also terminate services if, in our sole opinion, You are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is disparaging or disruptive to Soulutionary or infringes upon Soulutionary or violates the confidentiality covenant stated above. In no event will any refunds be issued.
* As part of my participation in this group Mastermind and Membership program, (AND OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS), I agree that Soulutionary INC. may video record, audio record, photograph or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made, and hereby assign to Soulutionary INC. all rights and title to have and to use, royalty free, any portion of my participation, for advertising and marketing purposes, documentary purposes, informational purposes, training purposes, or any other related purposes for Soulutionary.
I agree to have my Private Coaching sessions recorded for my personal use only, where a link for the mp3 recording will be provided to me via my email address. Initial here if you agree
